What We Do
Utilising our extensive network of some of the most prominent funders, lenders and brokers across the globe, we arrange a broad range of transactions including financings, co-investments, acquisitions, loan/funding book sales, deal exits and senior level recruitment. Financiers can often find themselves with excess capital to deploy or an excess of deals until redemptions. We plug that ongoing mismatch by arranging lender to lender fluidity.
Financing of Litigation Funders and Real Estate Lenders
We arrange for capital injections into real estate lenders and litigation funders. Further, sometimes certain transactions can be larger than their traditional maximum sizes. Rather than turning such deals away, lenders and funders come to John Adam Street to arrange co-funding or capital deployment from larger lenders and funders.
Acquisition of Funders, Lenders and Brokers
With such a plethora of funders, lenders and brokers, consolidation is never a bad idea and often a lucrative proposition. Should a funder, lender or broker ever want to acquire another or be acquired, we can make it happen.
Financing of Brokers
We arrange deals where brokers can significantly increase their professional fees by being set up as the lender to the ultimate borrowers on transactions.
Deal Exits
Sometimes real estate lenders want to be redeemed out of development deals or litigation funders out of funders cases. This can be for any number of reasons such as a sluggish sales market, the need for returned capital or simply deal fatigue. We arrange for such deals to be refinanced seamlessly and efficiently because of an extensive network of willing lenders and funders to take over such deals.
We can even arrange for a pre agreed development exits, where upon practical completion of a development, if the LTV is still within accepted metrics, lenders can pre-agree with development finance lenders to redeem their loans. A very useful device for development lenders.
Recruitment
We also arrange for recruitment within the litigation funder, real estate lender and broker communities.
