Jason works with some of the highest calibre lenders and funders in the property and litigation sectors, arranging property and litigation ‘lender to lender’ transactions. He has also set up various events in the sectors creating strong relationships with a number of the key players in the industries.
He has worked in finance for 25 years. Most recently, as the CEO of Buzz Capital, which was a lender into various asset classes, including property bridging and development transactions, R&D and film and theatre financings. During his tenure, Buzz Capital’s profits grew 300%.
Previously Jason was a film finance lawyer and spent 10 years at Denton Wilde Sapte and then DLA Piper UK LLP specialising in film financing. He has represented many of the main players in the film sector at one time or another, including most of the US Studios, producers, US and European banks, promoters and funds.
